She stopped waiting for someone to notice how hard she worked.. Then This happened

She stopped waiting for someone to notice how hard she worked.. Then This happened
She came to me earning a salary

she had accepted five years ago.

A salary she accepted saying "whatever you see right"

and had never once asked to change.

Not because she didn't deserve more.

Because she didn't believe she was

the kind of woman who asked.

3 months later: 47% increase.

Same brain. Same CV. Same experience.

Different operating system.

Here is what actually changed:

She stopped presenting herself as grateful
to have a position in this economy.

She started presenting herself
as someone the economy needed.

She stopped rehearsing her qualifications
in her head before every interview.
She started walking in already decided.

She stopped waiting for someone to notice
how hard she worked.

She started making it impossible
for the right people not to notice her.

The salary conversation was 12 minutes.

The identity shift took 3 months.

The 12 minutes only worked because of the 3 months.

If you are earning a salary you accepted years ago

and haven't revisited since —

that is not a negotiation problem.

𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦.

And identity is exactly what we work on inside QCA.

DM me QUANTUM.

Let's see what your operating system is costing you.
